Store status and parcel tracking

• For carrier scans and delivery progress, use the shipment email’s carrier link or tracking reference.

Waiting for the first scan

• Tracking can need 24–48 hours after dispatch to activate or update.
• A label may exist before the carrier records the parcel’s first scan.

Orders with separate parcels

• An order may arrive in more than one package.
• Check each tracking reference separately, as parcels may progress at different speeds or arrive on different dates.

Ask us to look into a shipment
