Please email promptly. Changes and cancellations depend on the processing stage; no fixed cancellation deadline is specified in these terms.

• Order preparation normally takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday.
• Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–7 business days.
• Weekend and holiday orders start processing on the next business day.
• Carrier operations, weather, holidays and seasonal volumes can affect the estimate.

Our shipping conditions cover US delivery at $5.95 USD per order, regardless of weight or item count. Contact support about another destination before ordering.

• Use the carrier information in your shipment email for parcel movement.
• Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking activation or updates.
• Track Your Order checks the store order record.
• If your order has separate parcels, each may have a separate tracking reference.

Tell support immediately. If an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address causes a parcel to be returned, the customer pays the applicable re-shipping cost.

• Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original labels, tags and packaging.
• Get authorization and instructions before sending an item back.

Eligible approved returns receive a prepaid return label. Using the supplied label does not incur an additional return-postage charge.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days following receipt, inspection and approval. Your payment provider may need extra time to display the credit.

Email your order number, clear photographs and an explanation. After review, an eligible case may receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
