Orders
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
After processing, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days for addresses within the United States.
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all domestic U.S. orders.
If your order has not entered production or shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review your request based on the current order status.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. During busy periods, carrier updates may be delayed.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Please review your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
Return requests can be submitted within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
